Cadtree Limited (2031), registered in Guernsey, operates under Gibraltar law and can be found at La Corvee House, La Corvee Alderney GY9 3TQ, Guernsey (hereafter referred to as the 'Casino'). It is part of the broader Casino Group (as defined below). The Casino is duly licensed and regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ('AGCO') in accordance with the Gaming Control Act of 1992 and relevant regulations, adhering to the standards set forth by AGCO. Additionally, it operates under terms agreed upon with Internet Gaming Ontario ('iGO') to deliver online gambling services for users in Ontario via the Casino Websites (defined below).
In the context of this Agreement, terms such as 'you,' 'your,' or 'user' refer to anyone who interacts with the Services available on the Casino Websites, including all Players as defined further on. On the other hand, 'we,' 'us,' or 'our' collectively represent the Casino and its related entities, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors.
This Agreement is applicable to you and remains in effect whenever you access the Services on the Casino Website(s).
This Agreement supersedes any previous agreements or any rules, terms, and conditions that may have been displayed on the Casino Websites. Within this Agreement:
'Account' refers to a unique identification issued to you by the Casino.
'Agreement' pertains to these current Rules, Terms & Conditions;
'Casino Group' signifies the Casino along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent entities, and their respective officers, directors, and staff. The term 'Casino Websites' encompasses the following sites: www.laspartinette.com , www.rubyfortune.ca , www.jackpotcity.ca , www.royalvegas.ca (known respectively as Spin Casino, Ruby Fortune Casino, Jackpot City Casino, and Royal Vegas Casino), in addition to all other online casinos owned by us or any variations thereof, each being referred to as a 'Casino Website';
'Charge-back' refers to the action taken by you, or a bank that issued your credit card, or any third-party payment processor, to reverse charges related to your credit card or transaction deposit.
'Closed Player Account' denotes an Account that has been terminated, deregistered, or barred by either party.
'Inactive Account' describes a Player's Account that has not logged in or out for more than six consecutive months; it is important to note that if a Player logs in or out during this period but does not engage in transactions, their Account will not be classified as inactive.
'Guest Player' implies a Player who uses complimentary casino credits worth no monetary value to place bets at the Casino.
'Participate' encompasses various actions including, but not limited to, any of the activities outlined in sections 4.1.1 to 4.1.7 below, visiting the Casino Website(s), playing any Casino games, and utilizing the Casino's platforms and software in any possible way.
'Payment Service Provider' refers to a third party with whom we have a partnership for processing monetary transfers.
'Player/s' indicates a Real Player, Guest Player, Inactive Player, or a Player with a Closed Account.
'Real Player' signifies anyone who has registered an Account at the Casino.
'Services' encompasses the provision and accessibility of Software that allows you to engage with the Casino Website(s) via the Internet or mobile devices.
'Software' refers to any software that is owned or licensed by us, which can be utilized for participation in the Casino Websites, including mobile applications.
'Your Jurisdiction' indicates the legal area where you reside, live, or work.
1. YOUR PARTICIPATION ON THE CASINO WEBSITES
1.1 PARTICIPATION
1.1.1 Your engagement on the Casino Websites, including the downloading and utilization of the Software, as well as the use of Services, is solely your choice, judgment, and responsibility. The Casino retains the authority to suspend, alter, remove, or introduce new features to the Casino Websites, Services, or Software at any time and without prior notification. The Casino Group cannot be held accountable for any losses you may incur from such changes.
1.1.2.1 It's important to note that online gambling may not be legal in your area. The Casino does not aim to facilitate any actions that would violate local laws. You are responsible for any gambling activities you engage in and ensuring that they comply with relevant legislation in your area. Before relying on any information from the Casino Websites, please check your local laws. To the fullest legal extent, the Casino Group denies all liability for the use of its Websites regardless of whether the Services are checked or moderated. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your gaming participation under your jurisdiction.
1.1.2.2 The Casino Websites do not allow gameplay for users who are not physically in Ontario. These Services are strictly intended for individuals located in Ontario, and the Casino will not facilitate any violations of applicable laws.
1.1.3 You are permitted to engage on the Casino Websites only if such activities are legal in your jurisdiction.
1.1.4 To download the Software, create an Account, or utilize the Services, you must be at least 19 years old ('Legally of Age'). Additionally, in accordance with clauses 1.1.2.2 and 1.1.3, you may only proceed if you are of legal age as defined by your local laws. We reserve the right to request age verification and may temporarily suspend your Account until we receive adequate proof.
1.1.5 We cannot guarantee the legality of your participation on the Casino Websites according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
1.1.6 We reserve the right to ask for proof of your identity and age before allowing participation. Any information you provide during registration must be accurate and comprehensive.
1.1.7 You grant us and our appointed agents permission to verify your identity and your entitlement to use the funds you wager on the Casino Websites whenever needed.
1.1.8 It is prohibited to have more than one Account at any given time for each Casino Website. The Casino, at its discretion, may restrict multiple accounts from being created or used by individuals from the same family or household. Although the Casino employs measures to detect and stop multiple Accounts from being registered, it is not responsible for preventing such registrations, but may take actions such as closing these Accounts and retaining all funds within them, especially if multiple Accounts are linked to a single family or household regardless of the registration information provided during setup.
1.1.9 Wallets for each of the four Casino Websites function independently, meaning that players cannot transfer funds or credits between Accounts that belong to themselves or others.
1.1.10 The Casino has the right to pay any winnings in Canadian Dollars (C$).
1.1.11 We reserve the right to require documentation to confirm registration details at any time. This may include copies of official identification, proof of address (like a utility bill), and verification of your payment method. If deemed necessary, we may ask for notarized copies of these documents. If you fail to provide the requested documentation, the Casino may choose to suspend or terminate your Account until verification is complete and may withhold any funds that are therein. Should the documents provided not pass our internal security checks—due to potential tampering or misrepresentation—we are not obligated to accept them or to inform you regarding the nature of our findings. It is essential to keep your registration information current; if any changes to your address, email, phone number, or other details occur, please reach out to customer support to update your Account.
1.1.12 You explicitly agree to receive messages from the Casino and its representatives, partners, or affiliates at the contact information you provided during registration, relating to your usage of the Services or any products or services the Casino may offer from time to time.
1.1.13 Players are not allowed to gamble using credit nor to use cash at the Casino.
1.1.14 The Casino gives you the freedom to set your own username and password. It is essential that you create a strong and secure password and keep these details confidential. The account you have with the Casino is meant exclusively for your use, and you must not permit any third party, including family members, to utilize your account, password, or identity to access the Casino's services or software. You are prohibited from sharing your username or password with anyone, and you should take all necessary precautions to protect this information from being disclosed. You bear full responsibility for any actions taken on your account by others if they correctly input your username and password, even if such actions result from security vulnerabilities on your devices or the choice of weak passwords. If you suspect that a third party has gained unauthorized access to your account, including your username or password, you must notify us immediately so we can investigate the issue, and you are expected to assist in this investigation as needed. You should avoid using usernames or aliases that are vulgar or offensive. If you choose to use such names, we reserve the right to terminate your account. To enhance the security of the sign-in process, the Casino provides Multi-Factor Authentication.
1.1.15 Promotions, bonuses, and special offers available to players are restricted to a single redemption per individual, family, household address, email, phone number, debit or credit card, and shared devices like those found in schools, public libraries, or workplaces. These promotions and bonuses are tailored for casual players, and we maintain the right to limit eligibility for participation based on our discretion. Moreover, we hold the right to withdraw any or all promotions and bonuses from any player or group of players at our discretion.
1.1.15.1 If we suspect any player is misusing or attempting to take advantage of a promotion, bonus, or special offer, we reserve the right to deny access to such benefits, either temporarily or permanently, or to suspend that player's account. In cases where there is evidence that a player, or a group of players, is placing a series of bets taking advantage of promotional deals for guaranteed profits regardless of the outcomes, we can disregard the promotional components of these offers and settle the bets at the appropriate odds. Furthermore, we reserve the right to request sufficient documentation from any player to confirm their identity before crediting any bonuses or offers to their account.
1.1.16 Upon creating an account, you are considered to have read and accepted all terms outlined in this agreement as detailed on the Casino's websites. If you disagree with any aspect of this agreement, you must cease using the services, uninstall the software from your devices, and cancel your account immediately. We recommend that all users save or print relevant documents including transaction records, game rules, cancellation policies, and payout information.
1.1.17 When using a credit or debit card, the name on the card must match the name you provided when registering your account on the Casino's websites. If this does not match, your account may be suspended. In the event of a suspension, you should reach out to Player Services for details regarding our verification procedure. Withdrawals via bank wire will only be issued to the name registered at the time of joining, and if a credit or debit card is used for deposits, the name must correspond to that on the card.
1.1.18 To update or add new payment details, you must contact Player Services. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the terms governing your accepted payments. You are solely accountable for staying updated on any alterations.
1.1.19 We are obligated to process payouts to players in a timely fashion. If players do not respond or comply with withdrawal conditions, any unobjected funds pending withdrawal may be reverted to their account. Should funds be reversed, they will become available for use within the Casino's websites, and the Casino Group will not be responsible for any funds that have been utilized.
1.1.20 If you prefer that you not have pending funds made accessible to you, you must directly contact Player Support and temporarily lock your account.
1.1.21 Any funds in your account will not accrue interest.
1.2 YOUR WARRANTIES
1.2.1 By entering into this Agreement, you affirm and declare, and we rely on these affirmations, all of which remain crucial during the duration of this Agreement, that you:
1.2.1.1 are legally permitted to engage with the Casino Websites based on the laws governing your jurisdiction;
1.2.1.2 qualify as an 'adult', meaning you are of legal age and have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
1.2.1.3 will not allow any third parties (especially individuals not of legal age) to use your accounts on the Casino Websites or to use the software or application or claim a prize from the Casino. It is your duty to ensure that your devices are adequately secured. Please refer to our FAQ for information regarding accessibility and authorization processes.
1.2.1.4 have provided us with personal information that is truthful, accurate, and complete, and you will notify us through email immediately if there are any changes;
1.2.1.5 are the legitimate owner of the funds you deposit and wager at the Casino Websites, and/or you have been granted the proper authority to use such funds for these purposes;
1.2.1.6 will not deposit or wager any funds derived from illegal activities as outlined in 1.6 below;
1.2.1.7 will settle all monies owed to the Casino without disputing or reversing any payments made;
1.2.1.8 have thoroughly read and understood the contents of this Agreement; and
1.2.1.9 will partake in activities on the Casino Websites solely for personal enjoyment and not in a professional capacity or in collaboration with other players as part of any club or group.
1.2.2 If you violate any of the warranties stated in 1.2.1 above, all transactions carried out by you will become void, and any winnings that you may have accrued from such transactions or participation will be forfeited.
1.2.3 You guarantee that you do not fall under the specified list of individuals prohibited from participating in games on the Casino Websites in accordance with the AGCO Registrar of Standards, section 3.01, which includes individuals who have indicated to the Casino that they are enrolled in a self-exclusion program linked to the Casino Website, individuals restricted by court order from playing on online gaming sites, individuals who have been issued a written directive by the AGCO Registrar mandating their exclusion, as well as casino officers, board members, or staff, union representatives negotiating on behalf of casino employees, employees of registered third-party game and equipment suppliers to the casino, and officers or employees of OLG or iGaming Ontario.

- 1.3 REFUSAL TO REGISTER, DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION & SUSPENSION
- 1.3.1 We maintain the right to deny your registration as a player or choose to deregister and exclude or suspend you from the Casino Websites at any point.
- 1.3.2 Legally, we are obligated to deny access to the Casino Websites to, and deactivate the accounts of, any individuals who meet the established criteria by Ontario law or as instructed by the AGCO Registrar. The Casino has the authority to suspend or deactivate the accounts of such individuals and consequently will restrict these individuals from playing on the Casino Website.
- 1.4 CONSEQUENCES OF DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION OR SUSPENSION
- 1.4.1 If we deregister, exclude, or suspend you from the Casino Websites and/or deactivate your account, you are entitled to raise a complaint by following our specified Complaints process.
- 1.5 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS & INACTIVE BONUS BALANCES
- Members or employees of the AGCO.
- 1.5.1 The contents of this Clause 1.5 apply exclusively when all of a real player's accounts are deemed inactive.
1.5.2 Following the status of all accounts belonging to a real player as inactive, we may, at our discretion, deactivate such accounts. In the event that an inactive account possesses a positive cashable balance, we will make reasonable attempts to inform the inactive player through the most recently given contact information that they have a positive cashable balance available for withdrawal from their account(s).
1.5.3 If, within 30 days of our notification described in Clause 1.5.2, we do not receive a response from the inactive player, or if the player fails to withdraw the cashable balance from their account within the same 30 days, we may, at our sole discretion, handle the cashable balance present in such inactive player's account in any manner determined by the Casino.
1.1.14 At the Casino, you have the freedom to select your own username and password. It is essential for you to create a strong and secure password and keep it confidential. Your Casino Account is meant solely for your personal enjoyment, and you must not permit anyone else, even family members, to use your account, password, or identity to access the Services or Software. You must not disclose your account name or password to anyone, and you should take all necessary precautions to safeguard this information. You will be fully accountable for any actions taken on your Account by a third party, as long as your username and password were entered correctly, including any activities that occur due to your account being compromised due to weak security on your device or due to your selection of an inadequate password. If you have any suspicion that your Account is being misused by someone else or that someone has access to your credentials, you are obligated to inform us immediately. This allows us to investigate the situation, and your cooperation during this process will be expected. Additionally, you should avoid using offensive or inappropriate usernames; if you choose to use such a name, we have the right to terminate your Account. The Casino provides Multi-Factor Authentication to enhance the security of your login process.
1.1.15 All promotions, bonuses, and special offers available to Players are restricted to one per individual, family, household address, email address, phone number, payment card, and shared device like those found in schools, public libraries, or workplaces. These promotions are designed for casual players, and we hold the discretion to limit who can participate in any specific promotion, bonus, or special offer. We also reserve the right to withdraw any or all promotions from any Player or group of Players at any time.
1.1.15.1 If we reasonably suspect that a Player is abusing or attempting to exploit a promotion, bonus, or special offer, we reserve the authority to deny, withhold, or retract access to any bonus or offer—this may be done temporarily or permanently—or to suspend that Player's access to the Services and block their Account. In cases where there is evidence of a pattern of bets by a Player or group of Players that results in guaranteed profits due to promotional enhancements, we retain the right to disregard the bonus aspect of such promotions and settle bets at the normal odds. Furthermore, we reserve the right to request proper documentation to verify a Player's identity before crediting any bonus or offer to their Account.
1.1.16 By creating an Account, you agree to and fully understand all the terms outlined in this Agreement, as presented on the Casino Websites. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using the Services immediately, uninstall the Software from your device, and close your Account. We advise all members to either print or save the transaction records, rules of the games, policies regarding cancellations, and payout processes.
1.1.17 When using a credit or debit card, the name on the card must exactly match the name registered with your Casino Account. If these names do not match, your Account may be suspended. Should your Account be suspended, please reach out to Player Services for guidance on our verification procedures. Withdrawals made via bank wire will only be processed to the name registered on the site, and if a debit or credit card was used for deposits, the name must match the name on the card.
1.1.18 Any updates or additions to your payment information must be made by contacting Player Services directly. It is your responsibility to stay informed about the terms under which your payments are accepted. You must ensure you are aware of any changes that may affect your account.
1.1.19 We are obligated to process withdrawals for Players in a reasonable timeframe. As such, any uncontested funds that are pending withdrawal may be reversed back into your Account if you fail to respond or meet the required conditions for withdrawal. If funds are reversed, they will become available for use again within the Casino Websites. The Casino Group cannot be held responsible for any funds that are used.
1.1.20 If you choose not to access any pending funds, you must contact Player Support directly to temporarily suspend your Account.
1.1.21 Any funds held in your Account will not accrue interest.
1.2.1 By entering into this Agreement, you assert and confirm, and we accept this Agreement based on these statements, all of which are significant from the moment you agree to this Agreement and throughout its duration, that you:
1.2.1.1 are legally permitted to engage with the Casino Websites according to the laws of your Jurisdiction;
1.2.1.2 are an adult, being of legal age and having reached the age of majority according to your Jurisdiction;
1.2.1.3 will not permit any third party, notably those not of legal age, to use your Account on the Casino Websites, interact with the Software or app, or claim any prizes from the Casino. It is your duty to ensure that your devices are secure. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please consult our FAQs for comprehensive information on accessibility and the authorization process.
1.2.1.4 have provided us with personal information that is accurate, valid, and complete in every aspect and agree to notify us immediately via email if any such information changes;
1.2.1.5 are the legitimate and lawful owner of any funds that you deposit or wager at the Casino Websites, or that you are duly authorized to use those funds for the specified purposes;
1.2.1.6 will not deposit or gamble with any funds that originate from illegal activities as outlined in section 1.6 below;
1.2.1.7 will ensure that all payments due to the Casino are settled and will not initiate chargebacks, deny, reverse, or countermand any such payments;
1.2.1.8 have reviewed and understood this Agreement thoroughly; and
1.2.1.9 participate on the Casino Websites solely for personal entertainment, rather than in a professional capacity or in collaboration with other Players as part of a club or group.
1.2.2 If you violate any of the warranties listed in section 1.2.1 above, any transactions you made will be rendered null and void, and you will lose any winnings accrued from those transactions and/or activities.
1.7. PUBLICITY
1.2.3 You confirm that you are not listed among individuals prohibited from playing on the Casino Websites according to the AGCO Registrar of Standards, section 3.01.

1.8. YOUR CONSENT
An individual subject to a written directive from the AGCO Registrar that mandates they be barred from playing on the Casino Website.
An individual who holds a position as an officer, board member, or partner of the Casino.
An individual representing trade unions and negotiating on behalf of Casino staff.
Employees of registered third-party gaming and equipment suppliers to the Casino.
Officers, board members, or employees of OLG or iGaming Ontario.
1.3 REFUSAL TO REGISTER, DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION & SUSPENSION
1.3.1 We retain the right to deny registration as a player, or to choose to deregister and exclude you, or to suspend you from the Casino Websites at any time.
1.3.2 We are also mandated by law to deny access to the Casino Websites and deactivate the Accounts of individuals who meet the requirement set by Ontario laws, or when requested by the AGCO Registrar. The Casino is entitled to suspend or deactivate Accounts under such circumstances, thus prohibiting these individuals from playing on the Casino Website.
2. THE SERVICE
1.4 CONSEQUENCES OF DEREGISTRATION, EXCLUSION OR SUSPENSION
1.4.1 Should we choose to deregister, exclude, or suspend you from the Casino Websites and/or deactivate your Account, you have the right to submit a complaint by following our outlined Complaints process detailed below (Clause 10.14).
1.5 INACTIVE ACCOUNTS & INACTIVE BONUS BALANCES
1.5.1 The regulations stated in this Clause 1.5 apply only if all Accounts belonging to a Real Player are classified as Inactive Accounts.
1.5.2 If all Accounts of a Real Player are categorized as Inactive, we may decide to deactivate these Inactive Accounts at our discretion. If any Inactive Account has a positive cashable balance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the Inactive Player using the most recent contact information provided that they have a balance available for withdrawal.
1.5.3 If we do not receive a response from the Inactive Player within 30 days of sending the notification as described in Clause 1.5.2, or if the Inactive Player fails to withdraw their cashable balance from the Account within 30 days of our notification, the Casino may, at its sole discretion, manage the situation as follows:
1.5.2.1 Each month, an administration fee of 10 C$ will be charged on the outstanding balance and will continue to be deducted until one of the following occurs:
1.5.2.1.1 the balance is completely depleted; or
1.5.2.1.2 the account that is currently inactive becomes active again.
1.5.3 Regardless of whether you have fulfilled any wagering requirements, we reserve the full right to revoke any bonuses and winnings tied to those bonuses if you don't utilize them on the Casino Website within six months of their issuance. For clarity, all loyalty points granted will be treated as bonuses.
1.6 PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING AND OTHER UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES
1.6.1 If the Casino reasonably believes that you are, or have been, involved in fraudulent, illegal, or questionable conduct—including but not limited to money laundering, wherein transactions may involve funds from illicit activities or efforts to obscure such funds—your access to Casino Services and Websites can be terminated immediately. Additionally, your account may be blocked, suspended, or deactivated without notice, and the Casino has no obligation to refund any account balances in these circumstances. Besides halting your access to the Casino services and deactivating your account, the Casino reserves the right to restrict your access to other services it provides. Furthermore, the Casino may report your details and any suspected illicit activity to relevant regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and any other interested organizations, necessitating your full cooperation in any ensuing investigations.
1.6.2 To combat money laundering effectively:
1.6.2.1 cash deposits for funding an account will not be accepted;
1.6.2.2 withdrawals will not be processed unless notarized copies of the following documents are provided:
1.6.2.2.1 evidence of the bank or credit card account used to make your wagers, such as a clear copy of both sides of your credit or debit card showing all details, or your latest bank statement;
- 1.6.2.2.2 a current government-issued photo ID like a driver’s license or a valid passport that displays your name, photo, and signature; and
- 1.6.2.2.3 a utility bill not older than six months, which clearly indicates your name and registered address, such as a recent gas or electricity bill or a bank statement.

4. INDEMNITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1.8.2 We may keep records of all online communications, the details of transactions you carry out on our site, and information regarding your visits to our site.
1.8.3 By creating an account, you give us permission to reach out to you via any communication method, whether written or spoken, including but not limited to emails, phone calls, or SMS, regarding matters related to your account. If you wish to opt-out from any or all communications, contact us directly.
1.8.4 If you choose to unsubscribe from our general promotional communications, you will still receive necessary business-related messages essential for maintaining your account. It may take up to three business days for your name to be removed from our promotional mailing lists. 1.9 PROHIBITION OF AUTOMATED PLAYERS ('BOTS') AND UNAUTHORIZED SOFTWARE
1.9.1 Utilizing bugs, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to manipulate the software or services on the Casino Websites is strictly forbidden. Prohibited practices include: (i) any tools that facilitate collusion among players, such as sharing cards, (ii) aids for players that influence game selection based on their identities, (iii) platforms that disclose player information against their wishes, such as game performance or total earnings, (iv) any tool that performs actions on behalf of players, (v) programs that gather data on other players while a player is absent, (vi) any software that provides real-time game advice based on the actions of other players, or (vii) any software that assists a player in finding a poker table or automatically assigns them to one (collectively referred to as 'Bots').
1.9.2 The usage of Bots for monetary gain on the Casino Websites is expressly prohibited, and any funds acquired through such means will be deducted from the player's account.
1.9.3 The Casino will take all necessary actions if Bots are detected, including but not limited to blocking, suspending, or terminating the player's account, seizing funds, and initiating legal proceedings.
2.1 The Casino Group is not accountable for any interruptions, server crashes, latency, or any technical or political disruptions affecting game play. We hold no responsibility for any actions or failures on the part of your internet service provider or any third parties you have engaged to access the Casino Website's server. Software and Services are offered on an 'as is' basis, and the Casino provides no guarantees or assurances, whether explicit or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties regarding merchantability, satisfactory quality, specificity for a particular use, accuracy, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
